[not legible] the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore.
To be known and described as the
Laura Mine
Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running seven hundred and fifty feet Easterly of monument and seven hundred and fifty feet Westerly of said monument on and along said lead Lode or Ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore including three hundred feet on each side thereof for mining and working purposes [not legible] claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the United States mining Laws approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the Mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State Nevada
Said mine is situated as follows about one mile west of the Morning Star Mine and one mile north each of the Silver Eagle Mine
