\ or assigns, subject to the same terms and conditions as herein contained, and provided that such relocation can "be made without preventing the use of said pipe lines for the conveyance of water to the areas and facilities then being served by said pipe lines. When the Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall cease to use any of the said easement strips or any portion of the length of any of said easement strips, the right of way and easement therein then owned by the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall revert to and become the property of the Grantors, their successors and assigns.
