A suitable measuring device must be in s t a ll­ed and accurate measurements of water placed to a bene­f i c i a l use must be included in the proof of such us© when file d . Proof of commencement of work must be file d before February $8 , 1941 and proof of completion of work before February 85, 1944 and proof of application of water to ben eficial use must be file d before Febru­ary 25, 1945, together with fin a l map prepared by the water righ t surveyor.
