Now Extensions - Whenever an a p p lica tion fo r water s e rvice i s received which w i l l req u ire the Company to extend i t s water mains more than 50 f e e t , exclu sive o f the s e rv ic e pipe o f each customer to be served, the applican t sh a ll enter in to g con­tr a c t to advance s u ffic ie n t money to cover the cost o f making sue;; extension.
