Smith: Los Angeles - November 11, 19^7 7 3 3 ^ For your information, I am attaching hereto copy of my mailgram November 4-th to Mr. Guild, together with copy of his 0-210 of November 7th authorizing reopening of Work Order 3160-1 to Include cost of Installation of a pressure reducing valve in the 2*1-* oast iron pipe line located along Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas. I am attaching two copies of our Requisition No. 64-15^, calling for one 12* Clayton Pressure Reducing Valve. Manufacturer anticipates delivery about January 1, 19*8. Upon receipt, this Office will arrange for Installation.
