I agree.Hr. Vm. Reinhardt: Las Vegas - Harsh 28, 1949 W 2 > 1 { so - Hr* 1. S. Bluett) Xour letter February 24, file 1-7334, regarding proposed water stain extension to serve Block 5, Ladd1® Addition: X now enclose copy of application frost Desert Plaza Apartments, Inc., requesting that we extend a 6-inch line fro® our nearest main at 12th and Carson through the alley of Block 5 to sere# these apartments. I also enclose tracing showing this location and estimated cost. Stocker conferred with his Central Contractor, Ira Coldring, and they agreet that it would he better to have the Water Company make this extension. The contractor is to refund to Stocker the estimated cost of a 4-inch line and the balance is to be furnished by the First Bational Bank of Nevada at Las Vegas, Rather than draw a contract with Desert Plaza Apartments, Xnc., and later assign the refunds therefrom to the First National Bank^ it would probably be better to make the contract direct with the Bank and this is agreeable to Stocker. If you concur, will you kindly request Work order authority. A. M. Folger
