Cory: r You have copy of Mr. Reinhardt's letter of May 16th to Mr. Campbell relative to securing a quitclaim from the Water District of the easement referred to in that letter. This formal request was made pursuant to your suggestion, and I hope you will be able to secure such a quitclaim. In connection with my letter to you of April 20th relative to the so-called Relocation Fund now on deposit with the title company, I was unable to see Mr. Leo McNamee while in Las Vegas, -and would appreciate if you would take this matter up with him and arrange for a supplemental contract which will permit a withdrawal of this Fund by the District, with the understanding that a certain amount which you deem advisable will be withheld *to pay any unliquidated claims, and with a provision that in the event that amount is not satisfactory, the District will agree to hold us harmless and reimburse us for any additional claims.
