The Standard O il Co. have a barge which is f i lle d at the pipe line and towed around the harbor serving o il to vessels and the Golden State Laundry, some of the dredgers have o il barges which are brought to the pipe line and f i lle d . We have never charged any dockage fo r the barges, nor fo r vessels taking o il direct from the pipe line as the time consumed is only from one h alf to an hour. Yours truly, (Signed) G.C.Bell, Agent.
