Cragin, Mayor of the City of Las Vegas and Mr. Howard Cannon, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, relative to proposed increase in the rates, and changes in, the rules and regulations of the Water Department of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Also attached is letter to Mr. Cory with necessary copies for distribution.
