Bear Sir: On December tenth I wrote you relative to accounting for water collections at Las Vegas and the amount loaned by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company to the Railroad Company. I have also written Mr,Clark several times on this same subject. The amount loaned to the Railroad Company by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company is,- Principal, $105,107.35 Interest to date, 16,791.41 Total, $119,898.76 The receipts from water rentals during the month of February was $292.70.
