V On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16079, dated June 19, 1968 with Spencer & keynolds, Inc., accepting proposal to fur­nish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to remove a celotex ceiling, including miscellaneous debris and cart to dump said debris, from Land Company’s ware­house at 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, and also Contractor shall install five electrical light outlets in the ceiling of the warehouse; work to be performed to the satis­faction of the Land Company for a consideration of $1,750.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Authority for miscellaneous work, W.O. No. S-5 issued June 18, 1968 to cover cost of constructing 3621 feet of 4” gas main in El Presidio Street, located in Union Pacific Industrial Center, viz: Las Vegas Land and Water Company has entered into agreement, C.L.D. No. 16055, with Southern California Gas Company to construct 3621 ft. of 4n gas main to serve approximately 133 acres of industrial property in Union Pacific Industrial Center in Los Angeles County, California. This gas main will be constructed and owned by the Southern California Gas Company. Land Company will deposit $7,677 with Southern California Gas Company to cover the construction costs, which in turn will be re­funded over a ten year period of time in accordance with Rule 20 of the California Public Utilities Commission. -6-
