My dear Mr. Bracken I wish, to thank you for your comparison of rates of various companies in Nevada. This is going to be very useful and will save me considerable trouble in making one similar. law prohibiting meters in all town or cities of more than 4500 population. At the time that law was passed I thoughfit was a very unfair one for in my opinion it is in large towns where they need meters. except in special cases. We are forced to meter on application. I would be glad to help in any manner to see that law changed. going full our consumption is approximately 650 gallons per capita per 24 hours. We have never put any curb 03* time limit on the use of lawn water with the result that a great deal is wasted.
