Vi-i-l V * La® Vegas, Nevada, November.15, 1920. Mr. J. Roo© Clark, President Las Vegas Land & Water Company, Los Angelas, Calif. Dear Sir: I wish again to oall your attention to th© matter of plotting the piece of ground we own east of Fifth Btreot. I had this matter up with Mr. Mutt Just prior to his leaving, and at that time w© had figured out wherein this piece of ground oould he plotted and gold at approximately $60,000. Juet new, houses, lots, building materials and everything in Lag Vegas seem to be in a prosperous and progressive way, and 1 believe we ?/ould get better prices for this ground at this time than in the future. We have not a lot in Clark’s Laa Vegas townstt© for residence properties north of the rooming house, and the only lots w© have left on our list are lots down in the southwest corner of th© townsite. Yours truly Vice-Pres. & Agent. whB:ld
