shall provide that the said land shall revert to the Grantor, Its successors or assigns, when the District, Its successors or assigns, shall cease to use the said land as a site for a pumping station and that within ninety (90) days after the title thereto shall revert, the District, at its sole expense, shall remove said pumping station from said land and restore the surface of the ground substantially to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station. (m) The documents, books, maps, records and file cabinets in the possession of the First Parties on the sale date and which are listed on Exhibit "G" hereto attached and made a part hereof. (n) License and permission to operate and maintain the pipe lines and wire lines indicated in broken black and white lines, broken black and red lines and broken black and green lines on said Exhibit "A" and the pumping station located at point HH pending the removal of said pipe lines, wire lines and pumping station in the manner and within the periods provided in Section 5 of this agreement and, while said pipe lines and pole lines remain upon the property of Railroad Companies, to use strips of land 7? feet in width on each side of the center line of said pipe lines and pole lines, for access to said lines for the purpose of enabling the District to operate, maintain or remove the same. Said license and permission shall be effective upon the sale date and shall be subject to the right of Railroad Companies,their successors and assigns, to construct roads, highways,pipe lines and wire lines over and across said strips and to use their property for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the use of said pipe lines and power lines by the District during the period in which the District shall have the right to maintain said lines upon the property of the Railroad Companies. Section 2 . It is agreed that the property to be sold and assigned by First Parties to the District shall not include that certain Certificate of Appropriation bearing Application No. 7200 and Certificate Record No. 1631, Book 6, Page 1631* issued to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, authorizing the appropriation of 2.5 cubic feet of water per second for railroad and domestic use from a water well known as Well No. 1, which Certificate of Appropriation was recorded May 14, 1930, in Book 1 of Water Appropriations, Page 76, in the Office of the County 9.
