Tour idea about selecting the kids on the basis of a contest ties in with part of my plan in which I outlined a national contest among the youngsters of America on a Civil Defense theme. X do believe however, that if X can select the youngsters on the basis of personal recommendation by teachers at the schools here, X would get more articulate and more adaptable children ?╟÷ for better copy and pictures.
