Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Tom Rolofson for license for one additional slot machine at Hamburger Heaven, 1215 E Street for the first quarter of 1956 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and Mayor Baker voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of W.J. Moore for license for 150 ad­ditional Bingo chairs for the first quarter of 1956 at the Showboat, 2800 Boulder Highway be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp,Whipple and Mayor Baker voting aye; noes, none. Members of the Nevada Beer Wholesaler's Association were present and discussed the increase in their license fee. They pointed out to the Commission that the fee is exorbitant as compared with license fees paid in surrounding States. The Commission agreed to take this matter under advisement. There being no further business to come before the meeting, Commissioner Sharp moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and Mayor Baker voting aye; noes, none. Budget 2. Lot Clean Up of property belonging to Mrs. Ethel Wait, 201 North 9th 3. Service & Material Warrant No. 5831 in the total amount of $100.00 4. Discussion on ordinance adtopted concerning pin ball machines/ 5. Solicitation permit recommended for approval by the Solicitation Review Board for Frontier Girl Scout Council. /s/ C.D.
