Jurden Regarding WO-5294, concerning proposed new well in the Railroad Company’s yard at Las Vegas, Nevada, please he advised that application for change of point of diversion of 1.4 c.f.s. of water from existing shop well to proposed new well, has been filed in the offiee of the State Engineer of the State of Nevada, together with supporting map and request for permission to drill proposed new well. I sun, therefore, now in a position of preparing an agreement between the Union Pacific Railroad and Roscoe Moss Company covering this well, and will require for such purpose approximately ten additional copies of the map dated June 22, 1954, showing locations of well, five copies having been heretofore furnished by you to me. Please have the legend on the ten maps requested herewith show *Exhibit A c" I will also require fourteen copies of the General Conditions and Specifications for drilling well, con­sisting of five mimeographed pages, one copy having been furnished with your letter of June 4, 1954. As soon as the documents requested herein have been received, I will be able to complete this agreement and transmit the same to Mr0 Bennett for further handling. CALVIN M. CORY
