Ritter - Los Angeles As requested in your letter of March 10, 1952, File 7334, I am returning herewith duplicate originals of Lease NLD No. 2553 executed by Home Lumber Company of Nevada, covering site for handling of lumber, coal and building materials in Las Vegas. I am also enclosing Lumber Company’s check No, 2629 in amount of f212.50, to cover rental during the first year of the lease. W. H. Johnson
