\ RESOLUTION Challenge-Cook Bros.,Inc. 717 On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How In executing agreement C.L.D. 15162, (G.A, 10981) dated June 15, 1965 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Land Company", and Challenge-Cook Bros,, Incor­porated, a California corporation, called "Purchaser", granting purchaser option to purchase parcel of land situate In the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as that portion of Tract No, in the Rancho La Puente conveyed to Victoria Rowland by deed recorded in Book 72, page 22J+ of Deeds, records of said County; those portions of Lots 1, 16 and 17 of Tract No. 1953* as per map recorded in Book 22, pages 158 and 159 of Maps, records of said County; those portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Tract No. 2768, as per map recorded In Book 31, pages 35 and 36 of Maps, records of said County, and that portion of Lot 9 of Tract No. 3193, as per map recorded in Book 35, page 79 of Maps, Records of said County, more particularly described as a whole in said agreement C.L.D, 15162, excepting therefrom all minerals and mineral rights therein, and reserva­tions of easements for railroad purposes, and easement for exten­sion of sewer line, and subject to other matters as hereinafter more specifically provided.
