Dear Sir: You will find herewith enclosed letter from the Mayor of the City and also a copy of my reply to the same, both of which are self-explanatory. I am holding the original letter awaiting your approval to my reply and if this letter meets with your approval, wish you would kindly wire me in oipher and I will present the letter at the next City Commissioners meeting.
