Bracken At the request of Mr, Charles Adams, I have prepared and enclose herewith original, approval copy and two copies of Deed, **N" L.D. 1052, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Loa Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad company, covering parcel of land lying westerly of Main Street and southerly of Bonanza Road, in Las Vegas. If said Deed meets with your approval, will you please approve aa to form and forward to Mr, Adams for handling. ?Said document may be executed on behalf of the Land and Water Company by the President (or in his absence by the Vice President), in-accordance with Mr, Ashby's letter of February 8, 1940, to Mr. Bennett, and the Secretary or Assistant Secretary should attest the same and affix his seal.
