Las Vegas, Nevada, February 7, 1940. Mr. Walter R. Bracken: Replying to yours of February 6, relative to your file W 18-1-12. will say that the Stewart heirs have made several appointments with me to discuss the alleged damage to the four acre burial ground since my letter of December 9th, 1939, but none of said conferences have as yet been held owing to the inability of some of them to be pre sent at the time appointed. I have brought up the subject several times to Tiza Stewart and to Mina Stewart, but they stated they would rather wait until all were present to discuss it. Leo A. McNamee LAM/DB cc - Mr. E. E. Bennett
