Rights of bond holders Clark County may advance funds Rcootntrolling Power of eminent domain Constitutionality (Senate Bill So. 16? - Senator Baker - Continued) others i (1) By mandamus or other suit, action or proceedings,, at law or in equity, to enforce his rights against suoh district and the hoard' of suoh district, including the right to require such district and such hoard to fix and collect rates and ch&rges adequate to carry out any agreement as to,"or pledge of* the revenues produced- by such rates or charges*, and. to require such district and such hoard to carry out any-other covenants .and agreements with such- bond holder and to perform its and their duties under this act. (2) By action or suit in equity to enjoin any any acts or things which may he unlawful or a viola tics of the- rights of suoh bond holder. (3) By action or suit in equity to require such authority to act as if it-were the trustees of an express trust for such bond holder.
