M (Assembly Bill So. 4— Mr. Frohllch) CHAP. 201— An Aot to amend section 15 of an act entitled "An aot defining public utilities, providing for the regulation thereof, creating a public service commission, defining its duties and powers, and other matters relating thereto,* approved March £8, 1919. (Approved March 27, 1951) The People of the State of Nevada, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows. SECTION l. Section 15 of that certain act of the legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An aot defining publlo utilities, providing for the regulation thereof, creating a public service commission, defining its duties and powers, and other matters relating thereto," approved March 28, 1919, is hereby amended so as to read as follows, to wits Section 13. The commission may, when necessary, ascertain and prescribe for each kind of publlo utility adequate, convenient and serviceable standards for the measurement of quality, pressure, voltage or other conditions pertaining to the supply of the product or service rendered by any public utility, and prescribe reasonable regulations for the examination and testing of such products or service and for the measurement thereof.
