C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V, Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded February 20, 1957.n Deed shall reserve an easement for water line purposes on, along, over, across and under that portion of property conveyed, described as follows: The southeasterly 8.00 feet of the hereinabove described parcel of land, excepting therefrom all that portion thereof lying within Lot 6 of said Block 23. Leased premises to be used for receiving, shipping, warehousing, storing, parking, displaying, selling, installing and servicing automobile accessories, tires, batteries, radios, and all other goods, wares and merchandise used in Western Auto's business, and for office purposes. Land Company for a period of 365 days after commencement of the term of this lease, guarantees wiring, floors, plumbing, heating, roofs, sprinkler equipment, etc. on leased premises, to be in good repair and adequate to furnishing proper service for which installed, and guarantees that leased premises and improvements comply with building codes,
