Water District 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Campbell: By telephone calls and correspondence, I have advised Mr. Brown and Mr. Kwapil of the First National Bank of Nevada that it will be necessary for their Bank to provide security for any and all deposits made in said Bank by the District, including the deposit to be made in escrow for the acquisition of the Land and Water Company properties. For that purpose I have drafted a proposed form of agreement between the District and the First National Bank of Nevada, whereby said First National Bank agrees to deposit with Bank of America securities to cover any deposits made by the District. The provisions of this agreement are the same as those contained in the agree­ment entered into by the Bank of Nevada and Harry Miller, Treasurer of the District. If the provisions of this agreement are satis­factory wi t h the Treasurer, the District, First National Bank of Nevada and Bank of America, we recommend that
