' u s # n i necessary materials and labor to construct 335 feet of 6" cast 2 iron water main in location described as follows:. 3 Commencing at a connection with existing 6" water main at the southeast corner, of 4 Lot 4 Block 2, Desert Park Addition, thence southerly 33.5 feet to an end at 5 Bracken Avenue. 6 The cost of constructing said water mains is the 7 agreed sum of NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($900.00). 00 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 9 335 feet of 6” cast iron pipe, equal to A.W.A. specifications and 10 all joints shall be of cement. Said pipe shall have at least 36” 11 covering, and the installation shall be subject to the approval 12 and acceptance of a duly authorized representative of the company. 13 3» At the sole cost and expense of the 14 Party of the Second Part, to construct connections for, and to 15 install fire hydrant in Bracken Avenue in location as required by 16 the City of Las Yegas, Nevada. 17 4. At the sole cost and expense of the 18 Party of the Second Part, to survey and accurately stake upon the 19 ground the line along which said water mains are to be laid, and 20 to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 21 5. To furnish the Company easements, satis- 22 factory in form, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than 23 dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on 24 each side of the center line of said pipe line. 25 6.
