A. 20* easement is required for pole line, which would leave only 30* available for Mr. Mckinaon’s use, on which he would be paying the whole rental plus taxes. .Mr. Dickinson has been unable to make use of this site because of existing City restrictions on bulk oil tank construction and wishes to voluntarily relinquish the site with the thought that he will make application for a new site after the existing City Ordnance Is amended. On the other hand, the Power Company can make good use of this site, which is directly In back of their Lot •*«». If agreeable, will you please have termination rider prepared terminating *1* L. D. iff? as of February 1, 19kB, and send to me for Mr. Dickinson’s signature.
