On motion duly seconded,it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and the Secretary in executing agreement ”N" L.D. 2698, dated July 9, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company" and the Las Vegas Development Co.Inc., called ’’Subdivider", providing* 1. Subdivider to pay Company $4,906.00 estimated cost for installing approximately 360 L.F. of 8" and 724 L.F. of 6" cast iron water mains, and 20 L.F. of 6" fire hydrant connections in Sherman Place and Rancho Road to serve McNeil Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to subdivider, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers located in McNeil Tract No. 2 taking direct service from the water mains so Installed for a period of ten years from the date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections), whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water lines; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water mains are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement "N" L.D. 2699, dated July 9, 1953, with Longley Construction Co.Inc., covering the construction and laying of approximately 1104 feet of cast iron pipe in Sherman -5-
