    WM. R. APR 17 1950 Los Angeles - A pril 17, 1950 Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: I received a telephone c a ll today from Mr. Frank Barnett, -who as you know, is a partner in Joseph F. Mann’ s firm . He asked me i f I was fam iliar with the subject o f the le tte r you received from Dahlberg and Company rela tiv e to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. I told him you had mentioned i t to me. He stated that these people were very anxious to discuss the situation with representatives o f the Water Company and that a Mr. Woodward or Mr. Rider would be very glad to come in from Tuecon i f we would discuss the situation with them. I to ld Mr. Barnett that I fe lt you would be glad to see them at any time and suggested they write you fo r an appointment. Apparently they are interested in the p o s s ib ility o f a bond issue probably being participants therein. 7) E. Bennett
