If satisfactory, will you please execute both copies of the agreement and after having your signature witnessed return to me in order that I may arrange for execution on behalf of the Water Company, I am also enclosing original and one extra copy of the Bill of Sale, "N*L.B. No. 2632-1 conveying title to the water mains to the Water Company, Will you please arrange for execution and after having you signature acknowledged before a Notary Public, please return the original to me, the copy say be retained for your file.
