Las Vegas - June 29, 1953 First National Bank of Nevada Fifth Street Branch Las Vegas, Nevada Attn: Mr. Don Brown • Trust Dept. Gentlemen: At the request of Mr. M, J. Howlson, owner of the Self Service Laundram&t, located at 1511 East Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, we are submitting herewith statement of water charges due the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for water furnished to the Self Service Laundromat for the period April, May and June of 1953 in the amount of |13^.50. Mr. Howlson has advised that he is selling the above mentioned property to Rudolph Horst and Ernest G-cl&enfell and that sale will go into effect approximately July 1, 1953* He further states that the First National Bank of Nevada Trust Department has now on deposit an amount which is to be used to pay indebtedness against the property above referred to.
