Las Vegas - November 18, 1952 w 23-1-103 Mr. ¥m. Reinhardt - Los Angeles cel Mr, I. E. Bennett Your WO No 702, we are authorized to construct 183 feet of 6" cast Iron water main in Fremont Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada to serve Purple Sage Motel. Herewith executed by Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Garr, owners of the Purple Sage Motel, are duplicate originals of Agreement rtBflL.D, 2611, dated November 3, 1952, covering construction of the water min. I recommend execution on behalf of the Water Company. Mr. Cory advises the document may be signed by you. I am also enclosing original of Bill of Sale 2611-1, dated November 3, 1952 which has been executes by Mr. and Mrs. Garr. W. H. Johnson
