Bennett: 80-9 ^705-11-22 Replying to your letter of May 7th, 1951, with reference to the above numbered matter, I am unable to find in my files the original agreement dated March 30th, 1929 covering transportation of water to the Railroad pipe line, and apparently I have no file on this agreement.
