between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and McNeil Housing Co., called "Contractor", covering the construction and laying, at Contractor's expense, of 4200 feet of cast iron water mains, laterals and service lines from mains or laterals to property line of each dwelling in Huntridge Subdivision Tract 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and connecting same with Company's 8-inch water main on Charleston Blvd.; Company, upon the completion of construction of at least 80 dwelling houses in said Subdivision, to pay Contractor actual cost of laying and constructing said water mains and laterals, not exceeding the sum of $9,703; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, dated February 2, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, covering construction and laying of approximately 1890 feet of cast iron water mains along Charleston Blvd. and other streets, Las Vegas, Nevada; Water Company to furnish, without cost to said W. J. Rhoads, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, FOB cars Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1,323,00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C. L.
