N 2 - J. 0. McIntosh wants to know something about his payments. He is ready to pay me certain amounts, hut as I know nothing about it I refused to accept the same, and one or two others have spoken to me concerning payment on lots. The Kramer Brothers payments have been settled for .fp-'ftill with the exception of the September bill for Adam Kramer, lot 31 block 3.- He still refuses to pay this saying that ha paid it at same time the rent was paid for the shop in the month of September.
