Mr, Burke, whom I have never seen or do not personally know, made many mis-statements in his letter to you. the large sump he describes la about 30 *X 80* the greatest depth not over 4 ft, and located |ust Berth of Spur Track into rip track yards. Have never heard of or no report ever hccught to me of children feeing caught in the stamp which has been in use ever since the use of fuel oil on the railroads.
