On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5858, dated January Zk, 1962, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany conveyed to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company two par­cels of land, being portions of Blocks 18 and 22 of Tract No. 13^-3, City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California; consideration $10*00 and other good and valuable consideration; said deed except­ing all minerals and all mineral rights without right of surface entry, as excepted by E. C, Woodward and Citizens National Trust and Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, and said property being conveyed sub­ject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1961-1962; 2. Easement for flood control purposes granted Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 18176, page 173» Official Records of Los Angeles County; 3. Covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
