Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until ser­vice shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued, 6. Owner Charged » Charges for water service may be made against the owner of the premises served. 7. Resuming Service * Whan service is discontinued pur­suant to Rules 3 end 6, It will not be re-established until all de­linquent charges are paid. 8. Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or exten­sions. 9. Berrios Lines - All service lines extending from malnfl to property line, including tapping of water mains and the shut off, shall be installed, maintained and owned by the later Company sub­ject to the obligation of the applicant to pay the following charges For 3/4* connection with service line extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 feet, #13.08. For 1* connection with service line extending from main to property line not exceeding so feet, #20.00.
