I see no objection to filing the application at this time, and, as requested, following is data concerning pipe ex­tending from the top of Well No. 11 to the Settling Basin: 12" W.I.P. 12" Transite Ik" " 16" C.I.P. IS" Transite 627.1 LP Application for permit, Serial No. 112k$, approved by State Engineer June 27, 1945, provides: "Amount of water to be appropriated shall be limited to the amount which can be applied to beneficial use, and not to exceed 5.0 cubio feet per second."
