Boss Clark, 2nd Vice Pres,, Los Angeles Salt Lake City, April 9th, 1915. Dear Sir:- Replying to your letter April 6th, Pile 1199, and returning herewith all papers referred to in Mr.Mutt’a joint letter sixth inst., relative to proposed loan of #2,000.00 to Engineer E.W.Long, to provide for the erection of dwelling house at Las Vegas. Under the conditions outlined I see no objection to making this; loan, but I suggest that it be arranged, if practicable, to advance him the money in such installments as may be required from time to time to pay for material and labor used in the construction of his house; in other words, do not think we should advance him Copy to Mr.H.C.Hutt
