    Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Glenn Sales for an additional license Additional for 3 slot machines at Biller's Restaurant, 1039 South Main Street, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses. Biller's Restaurant Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Friendly liquors Commissioner Fountain moved the application of Crown Novelty for an additional license for 1 Cash Pay Pinball machine at the Friendly Liquors, 616 West Bonanza be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Nevada Club The Commission considered the application of the 105 Casino Corp. by Robert (See action on 6-18-58 Van Santen for a license for a Bingo game with 88 chairs, at the Nevada Club, for rescinding motion) 105-113 Fremont Street. City Manager Kennedy advised that the Building and Fire Departments have inspected and advised that there is sufficient space to accommodate this additional game. Mr. David Zenoff, representing Mr. Van Santen appeared and requested approval of this application. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of the 105 Casino Corp. for a Bingo game with 88 chairs at the Nevada Club, 105-113 Fremont, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Bird Cage Club Commissioner Bunker moved the application by L.D. Marxen for an additional gaming license for one Race Horse Keno at the Bird Cage Club, 102 Fremont be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. LIQUOR LICENSE The Commission considered the application of the Las Vegas Club Partnership for New Owners the transfer of the Tavern liquor license presently issued to the El Cortez Hotel Chatterbox Inc. for the Chatterbox Bar at 2 Fremont. City Manager Kennedy advised the Commission that the members of the Las Vegas Club Partnership are already licensed at the Las Vegas Club, 18 Fremont and the Police report is favorable. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of the Las Vegas Club Partnership, by Vic Hall, for transfer of the Tavern liquor license of the Chatterbox Bar, 2 Fremont be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Chg. Owner, Name Consideration was given to the application of Joe W. Pittman and R.L. Gordon & Location for the Package Liquor and Beer Bar license presently issued to Thelma Pike, dba Sundown Liquors at 214½ North Main. City Manager Kennedy advised that Vegas Liquors Messrs. Pittman and Gordon are requesting that this license be transferred to 1515 North 5th Street dba Vegas Liquors. Mr. Kennedy stated that the Building Department has checked this building and it will comply when completed. He further stated that the Police report on these applicants is favorable. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Joe W. Pittman and R.L. Gordon for the Package Liquor and Beer Bar license at Vegas Liquors, 1515 North 5th Street be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. CIGARETTE LICENSE Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Messrs. Pittman and Gordon for a Vegas Liquors license for the retail sale of cigarettes and tobacco products at Vegas Liquors, 1515 North 5th Street be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker.
