STATE OF NEBRASKA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS On this 1st day of November, 195^> personally appeared before me, a Notary Public in and for the County of Douglas,State of Nebraska, A. E, STODDARD, known to me to be the President, and L» J. Bachman , known to me to be Assistant Secretary, of the corporations that executed the foregoing instrument, and upon oath did depose and say that they are the officers of said corporations as a-bove designated; that they are acquainted with the seals of said corporations and that the seals affixed to said instrument are the corporate seals of said corporations; that the signatures to said instrument were made by the officers of said corporations as indicated after said signatures; and that the said corporations executed the said instrument freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
