I agree./ February 14, 1942. PEH3QNAL Mr. L. GK McNeil, KoSell Construction Company, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Larryj As you probably know, in view of the constantly Increasing demands and the mete that is now going on, a program is being undertaken in Las Vegas effective today for the conservation of water, and in this connection it is Important there be no waste of water we are now supplying for your construction work, as well as at the various housing projects you now have in operation near the plant. This not only from the standpoint of conservation of water but also in view of the increasing demands being made upon us by the various outside housing projects now under way in the city. As soon as the pipeline is completed from Lake Mead your present demands on us will, of course, be materially lessened, but in the meantime would appreciate if you will instruct all concerned in your employ to avoid any waste of water and to conserve water to the greatest possible extent. Tours very truly,
