Shaughaassy, Chairman, Public Service Commission, Carson City, Nevada, Pear Mr. Shaughaeseyj I have copy of your latter of December 8th addressed to me with reference to South Nevada Land and Development Company, and copy of letter of the same date addressed to Mr. Suzick, Resident Agent of that Company, but the letter from Mr. Busiek to you, which your letter stated you were enclosing, was omitted. I I have written Mr. Bracken today in regard to the matter, and hope that arrangements can be made in the near future to take over the Buz1ok utility. In the meantime, I would appreciate copy of the letter from Mr. Busiek above referred to and Inadvertantly omitted from your letter of the 8th.
