March 16, 1980 Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Lag Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir;- It Is desirable to hold reorganization meeting of the Land & Water Company early in April. Our regular time for Board meeting will he 11 A.il. April 6th, and unless you are advised to the contrary, the meeting will he held at that time.
