On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Consent to Assignment (CLD No. 6752-3, dated August 4, 1952) by Transport Cartage and Distributing Co., successor to Sorensen Transport Terminal Co., Assignor, to Universal Carloading & Distributing Co., Inc., Assignee, of lease agreement Audit No. 10343 (dated October 6, 1945, and expiring November 30, 1953), between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and T. R. Sorensen Terminal Co., a copartnership consisting of T. R. Sorensen, Mabel A. Sorensen and T. R. Sorensen, Jr., Lessee (assigned October 29, 1947, to Sorensen Transport Terminal Co., Assignee, covering lease of warehouse at 5th and Anderson Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A» Pe E. No. 7 (Wo 0. #699), issued Aug. 5, 1952; Las Vegas, Nev.; constructing 5980 ft. of 6" cast iron water mains, 980 ft. in Mountain View Boulevard from connection in Barnard Drive with 3000 ft. laterals each in Douglas, Darmak and Mellville Drives to serve Westleigh Tract No. 3 and 110 ft. of 6” fire protection laterals for 7 hydrants. Total estimated expenditure, $21,480, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request, be, and the same is hereby, 5-
