    V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C. L0 D e No. 15600, dated December 21, 1966, easement granted, for a consideration of $5,550.00, Jurupa Community Service District to construct, oper­ate and maintain an underground sewer line and appurtenant structures in, under and along the easterly boundary line of Land Company’s property adjacent to Bain Street, as described therein, at Mira Loma, Riverside County, California, subject and subordinate to the right of the Land Company to use and grant others the right to use the land for railroad track, communication and power lines, water and fuel pipelines and other railroad facilities, without liability to anyone for compensation or damages; further consider­ation for easement, Jurupa to maintain sewer at its expense; Land Company to be permitted to examine plans and make suggestions; to reimburse Land Company for cost of inspectors or other employes, or any relocation of Land Company facilities; Jurupa to indemnify Land Company, and should Jurupa abandon use of land, easement shall cease and Land Company shall resume exclusive possession of said land, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -3-
