Said grants of easements shall also provide that the Msbrteb shall have reasonable access to said pipe lines for the pappose of Maintaining and renewing the same#bttt that the District at its role cost and expense shall he rofuired to take wmh steps as are ro^uirod by sound engineering practice i# pwmmit damage to or interruption of service over said railroad facilities by reason af work performed by the District in the Maintenance or n newal of said pipe lines.
