Pear Sir: J Replying to your joint favor of July 9th, file 599, relative to location of cottages at las Vegas, also size of lots, Blocks £3 anft £6 have keen set aside for these horses, and || oei agreeable to making the lots 50 feet in width instead of 40 feet as first talked of; and with this change these two Blocks will take care of 8? houses, $te> will let yon know shortly the location of the other 8 houses.
